I normally like going here. Completely got my order wrong. It was like pulling teeth to get it fixed.

We've been ordering takeout from Genji for years and have enjoyed their simple Hibachi style hearty bowls. Worth a try for some variety!

Not a good place to walk into if you have no knowledge of it. Had to ask a lot of questions, no menus up you have to ask where to find it and then its questionable. Couldn't hear the cashier. Awkward

Went in a while ago to order a to go bowl, the 1 staff member thought a personal phone call was more important than taking my order, after standing around for 5 minutes, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Guess my money isn't that important.???????

The food was ok, not good, not great. We were hoping it would be more like Bibibop than it was. They are very limited on your options. Only a few choices for vegetables and sauces.
