Terrible customer service. I have no idea how this place is still open with all bad reviews and facebook contributions about terrible experiences

A great experience, unkind and unprofessional! I've never been so close to going and leaving my food. only needed to place two orders a pack and salat. the location was not busy and the workers showed no interest in taking time as they tried to break me. even was visibly irritated when I tried to say that I had to add an salate to the order. they save themselves the effort of bad service and a terrible experience, they go to the next exit. I wish I had ruined it very well.

The old woman refused to help us because we had a service dog. very nice bathroom. I saw screaming around the building.

Not good, at all I was in a hurry and ordered 4 salads. the man behind the counter was so slow. when a new hired man tried to help him, he simply told him to go mopp and did not let him help. no good experience. another time I ordered a pack and they didn't cut in the half I asked to cut it into the half or give me a knife to cut it and I'll give it back and she just gave me a plastic knife. as if it really cut the package?

Sign on the door said Open We drove up to the 1st drive thru window and there was a sign saying Go to the next window so we drove to the next window. We waited and waited and waited, no one came. There was only one car in the parking lot. We decided we would try to go inside to see if someone could wait on us, so we drove around the building and I went into the front door. There was a little old man standing at the line looking like he was waiting on someone to order a sandwich so I went up to him and requested a dozen cookies. He walked over to the cookie tray and started pulling out a dozen cookies he wrapped them up with cellophane paper. Then he stood there at the cash register like he didn't know what to do next. In the store, I could hear another employee talking on their cell phone on a personal phone call so he had to go and get that person to ring up the cookies. I finally got out of there after paying for the cookies I ordered. Times sure have changed, customer service is not what it used to be.
