Papa Johns Pizza - Gadsden

Ordered breadsticks and they had almost no seasoning and were skinnier than my FINGER. What kind of business does this? This place always screws people over.

After paying over $60 half of my order was wrong. I received a HALF order of garlic Parmesan breadsticks, not a whole order. Also the papadia was ordered normal and they put a cheese crust on it so nobody wanted it. I tried to call immediately but no one would answer.

The pizza cheesy bread were cold soda was warm......Parking: Plenty of spaces

Didn't get the pizza that was ordered evertime I call I get a no good English speaking woman that u can't understand wen I called the store to tell them about my order he was so nonchalant about it never likes Papa John's till a month ago wen I ordered a stuff crust pizza and it was so good it was made with love so I decided to try them again . Turned off again by themWe all make mistakes but don't act like you don't care after I done spent $50 something dollars which included a tip. Supposed to redo what I ordered and deliver within an hour. Which I'm pretty sure won't come

You no longer get to talk to someone at the store when ordering. You call a Vietnamese call center to place your pizza order, very frustrating, wasn't even sure I was calling the right place. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Pizza good bit worth the hassle of trying to order
