Moe's Southwest Grill - Gadsden

I have a stab. It was delicious. There is no drive-thru so you have to go inside, but the experience of the moe is worth it.

Moes is a good combination of Qdoba and Taco Bell and I was not displeased with the service or the food.Upon entering Moes we were greeted immediately with good southern hospitality. I order The Stack which is Moes answer to Taco Bell?s crunch wrap and it was by far better. The Stack is custom crunch wrap that you are able to fill as you like. I had seasoned rice, black beans, ground beef, grilled onions, jalapeños chipotle sauce and shredded cheese then had it grilled. It was way better that what I expected. I will definitely come again.

Have been back twice since my first visit and they never disappoint, also the employees are friendly and funny. Great atmosphere.

Perhaps I'm a bit harsh but having eaten at Moe's in New York State, I know how things are supposed to taste and this place is doing something wrong bigtime but I can't pin it down. I ordered a bowl and a quesadilla and both seemingly had little to no flavor to them. As if the meat had no seasoning or the sauces and meats had no salt or anything, all the ingredients were there, but the flavor wasn't... It was interesting to say the least. I'd audit how this place is cooking/prepping the food to ensure it's up to franchise standards.

This is the bowl from you... umm where's my lettuce? Not even filling the bowl and paying over 10 bucks for this. Then the manager not believing me.. here's your proof.. does not come close to the picture
