Arby's In Wheel

Although one of my fewer places to get fast food (prices), Arby's in the Grove (Elm Grove) is great for take out food (drive thru) food and is always hot and fresh and wait time is minimal. Of course all fast food restaurants are pricey under the Biden regime. Arby's in the Grove has always been on my radar.

I came through the drive through on Wednesday and was waited on by a girl named emery. She was probably the rudest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never had a bad experience at Arby’s until this. I’m hesitant to go back because of how rude she was. She should not be someone who works in customer service. Food was fire though.

Everytime I go there lately they forget something. The cheese cups I ordered and paid for, then the ketchup and sauces, then the fries, and I gave them one more chance after 5 disappointing visits in a row, double checked I had 3 sandwiches and 3 fries, asked the kid in the drivethru if he put the cheese cups in the bag. He did not and gave them to me. Asked if he included the ketchup and horsey, he didn't and gave them to me. Got home and the Buffalo chicken wrap I ordered for my son was not there, the 3rd sandwich was a gyro....I am done with this place. Never coming back again.

Never get my name right. Food is cold. Order never right. Bridgeport alot better Arby's to go to.

They need to start wearing gloves when making food that is very unsafe
