Bidrage med feedbackWe went to the drive through on Saturday 29th October. We ordered 10pc bargain bucket got there the guy on the check in kept going and coming back so we waited quite a while there to place an order. We then moved on and paid but they had no change in the till the guy request change but no action from anyone he then had to leave his station to get the change another waste of time. Move to the next window we are now in a line of cars awaiting our order there nearly 10 minutes we get the order. This place is very busy with a long line of cars going through the drive in and the resturant is just as bad but this place does not seem to be organised in any way and it would appear you are being served by people who are about 15 years of age and are not really bother. We get home to find the chicken is not good and the chips well I think they could have been cooked about a week ago. To say it was terrible is an understatement but in all it turned out to be a total disaster food timewise etc and was very very disappointing Go back no thanks I will go some other place or keep my money but will they be worried about that NO
The wait time from ordering. to receiving food was shocking at least 25 minutes. Meanwhile staff were focussed on one thing at a time and stopped working as they waited for items to complete orders. Whilst waiting, they chatted with each other as the queues grew longer. My order appeared (1 item) but sat there as staff seemed incapable of completing my order as they were waiting for items for orders they had started. My fillet burger, when I finally got it, was awful; the chicken was dry and over cooked, the bread was crispy and dry too, the lettuce was brown and soggy but the mayo was fine. The staff were all very young, were most definitely poorly trained and incapable of providing adequate service. There was no sign of any person in a supervisory or management position. A complete shambles won’t ever return and definitely do not recommend. Friends and family have since shared stories of a similar ilk from their visits. Terrible
So far my husband has been waiting for over 20 minutes for tea for the kids and I. There are 7 staff all hiding in the back apparently. It's ridiculous how slow this place is.
So this is my second review and my second visit equally as bad as each other. The staff were rude, they opened at 10:30 and by 11 the tills hadn’t been turned on. Lee was just rude, obnoxious and to put it bluntly sh1t his job and it doesn’t take much to work on the till at kfc. Whoever is the manager of this place needs to quit immediately, you’re a joke.
Where to start? The last time we visited this 'restaurant ', the card machines were down and they were only accepting cash. Common sense had obviously gone out of the window however as they put a hand written sign up which was only visible when you had already joined the drive through queue. As a result, I spent 15 minutes in the queue just to exit at the other end with no food. We stupidly visited again this week and it was just awful. After queuing again for 10 minutes in the drive through, our order was completely wrong and I had to go into the restaurant to try and correct the order and get what we had asked for. I checked the order in front of the staff member and again it was completely wrong. I waited another 5 minutes to get the right burgers as they were obviously starting from scratch. Having eventually got back to the car with our order, I found that I was obviously expected to drink my beans as they hadn 't put a spoon in the bag (as per usual, I should have known better). Back in I go to fetch a spoon. Back to the car and now I find out that I have the wrong drink. One portion of luke warm soggy chips wasn 't even a portion. There were about 9 chips in the bag. Back in I go. Having finally sorted everything (with a 5 hour drive to London ahead of us), the chicken burgers we ordered were absolutely disgusting. Limp, tasteless and almost cold. I gave up and It 's put me off KFC for life. We 've experienced the wrong order scenario so many times at different KFC 's which makes me think that their staff training is severely lacking. And of course, no one seems to give two hoots. My parents used to take me to the KFC on Whitegate Drive in Blackpool when I was a youngster and it was always excellent. Not so now. 1st world problems I know but we will NEVER be stopping at KFC Kirkham again, it 's just abysmal.
