Abbey Road Tavern - Fuquay Varina

First of all, the booth we were seated in was ridiculously worn and torn. Couldn't they spare some funds to replace the seat cushions? Our appetizer arrived quickly, but it took an hour for our main dishes to come out. In fact, we had to leave without our food because it took so long. When I inquired about the delay, the waitress informed me that the kitchen was backed up and she sincerely apologized. We noticed that other tables that arrived after us received their food before we did. She mentioned that my order had been misplaced and needed to be redone by the manager. By the time my food finally came out, I had already sent the rest of my family to the car and settled the bill. To make matters worse, the manager didn't even offer an apology. Nothing at all. I can understand that kitchens can get overwhelmed and staff issues can arise, but someone needs to communicate with the customers. It's absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.

The best jumbo wings we’ve ever had! My husband and I are planning to visit Abbey Road on Friday afternoon. Our server, Sandra, was warm and friendly, which is quite rare these days. We also tried some of their specialties and burgers, all of which were delicious. If you're looking for a great place for lunch or dinner, I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed the fried pickles, and my kids absolutely loved their personal pizzas, which were only $5.99 from the children's menu. When we were leaving, it was open mic night, and the live bands and musicians were fantastic. The place also has darts, pool tables, and arcade games, as well as a few gambling options, making it fun for everyone. We thought the two Blues Brothers statues by the stage area were really cool too!

What a mess. My dad wanted to come here for the day of his father. First, the website says that it is open on Sunday at 9 a.m. They don't. We were literally the first customers who went through the door at 11:00. We sat outside and saw the people who came in after we sat down, their drinks order and food order before we even saw our server. The good news: the server was friendly and polite! The other couple that came after us had their drinks, food and CHECK before we even saw our server again! That was 1145. We went in and asked for an update. The server could not give a reasonable answer to why we had not received our food yet. She said she'd get the bartender who was the actor at the time. Everything's down here. The bartender came out at 1210 a.m. and had the worst attitude towards everything. She explained that there is a kitchen scarf, so we don't have our food. We've all looked through this because the others were in front of almost one HOUR. She said she would check the status of our foods without making any kind of concessions or suggestions to keep us as customers. When we got up, the bartender threw her arms up and went back in. Absolutely incredible. It's a shame because I ate here four times. Never again. I hope the manager or owner of the Abbey Road reads this and strengthens some core priorities in the staff....because no matter how bad it is, you should never forget to pay customers like that.

Comfortable place. Lots of room. My waiter Brian very helpful and great suggestions! Had to loaded nachos good stuff!
