Hole In One - Funchal

I’m I popped in tonight with my wife for a quiet drink and to listen to music, my white stick was clearly visible on my table when I got up to go to the toilet and catching my foot on a nearby toilet able I stumbled skittle, I quickly apologised perfusively and went to the toilet, on returning my wife told me about abusive and socially ill unacceptable way the couple had been talking about me before walking out before I returned.this has spoilt my evening sadly

Went in there to watch football match and decided to stay inside and sit at one of the booths, as I have always enjoy the booths in any pub. Watched game, service quick and very attentive staff. Prices are around sane as other bars round that area. Anyway sitting in the booth with shorts on was a big mistake as I did notice the aircon inside was not very good, so hot and humid which means a perfect location for mosquitos. Between the two of us we mustve had around 70 bites, next few days were dreadful. So unfortunately, I would not go back to this place.

It's an Irish/English pub. Service great, beer selection good but food very basic.

Great place for bar food, drinks and nightly music. Nice large patio so you can be away from music or nearby.

We only had drinks here. Waiter messed up. Came and asked for our order , but obviously never entered it. About 25 Minutes later someone finally noticed and asked if we had ordered. It's a very unique space with lots of character. We will give it a try another night. Hopefully service is better.
