Victor's Mexican Grille - Fulshear

They make their prices up as they go and we leave 30% tips. Manager on duty (Augustine? was called over after we were overcharged for the same items ordered 2 days prior, at a substantially lower rate per their happy hour. They attempted to over charge us 3 times the price and we called them out on it, as this is of course illegal. Then they proceeded to say the special prices we got 2 days ago was solely because Tuesdays. I asked to see that in writing, which sadly was never provided, as that was obviously not legitimate. Our waitress from Tuesday stopped by our table to see if she could help, and also confirmed she 's never heard of unbeknownst Tuesday only special. If you do go to this restaurant , please check your bill throughly. The food is less than mediocre, and management fell below that.

We've been going here for years excellent food and service

Aug 2024 When in Fulshear, TX and you're craving Mexican cuisine, Victor's has you covered. The house frozen margaritas are great. The fajitas are really good along with all their foods. The service is always great and atmosphere cozy. The wife loves their green sauce.

Whereas the food and service pretty good, Victor's is notorious for having a very hot restaurant from May- October over rhe past few years. They have made attempts to fix their A/C, but they need an overhaul! We know better than to dine there during the summer!

I have been here twice in 3 years and it has been garbage both times. I ordered a chimichanga and got a 4 inch one for $20. I asked where the rest of it was and they sent a manager who told me it was the right weight. Let's see, right weight for a child maybe! Also I can tell there is no chef because the fajita meat was cut into like inch squares. Who does this? The only reason this place still exists is because they don't have competition, but that is coming. I don't see this place in business for the next year. There is nothing great about this place and as a Mexican restaurant you better have it together or you die quickly. The only reason this hasnt happened is because of location. This place needs a major overhaul and I don't see it coming so expect to see a new restaurant coming soon.
