Bidrage med feedbackI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My husband and I decided to try it out on a Sunday evening after considering a few other options. Despite the average reviews, we decided to give it a chance. The service was slow, with our food taking over forty-five minutes to arrive. My pizza was not hot and the toasted ravioli was average at best. The only positive was that the ravioli was hot. The server did apologize for the delay and offered us more food, but I declined as I was not impressed with what I had already eaten. Overall, the long wait, cold food, and mediocre flavor left me feeling unsatisfied. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
First time here. I did not even realize that there was a pizza joint between Panda Express and the Sushi place. We ordered a large cheese pizza. Total with tax came to $13.77. Pros: Free Medium soda with Yelp check in. +1) Cool location with all the stores in one plaza. Ian absolutely loved the pizza. +1) Cons: Pricier than the pizzas we usually get -1) We will be back.
This place is actually pretty good. To my surprise. It 's not as oily as other places. So it tastes healthier . I agree, the price is certainly a bit steep for a medium pizza. But for the taste it may be worth coming back again.
I've tried to like this place by giving it multiple tries, but 50% of the time my pizza delivery is messed up. If I don't get the wrong pizza, it's either cold, burnt or takes an hour longer than their Quote Of 45 min. Pizza ordered in the restaurant is good but there's a breakdown in the quality of pizza's they deliver. This is my last pizza I will order from here. It tasted like it was quickly blasted in the oven... burnt on the outside but undercooked inside. I actually got sick from eating it.
I returned to this restaurant after receiving a private message from someone named Hannah, who apologized to me. However, I must say that I will not be coming back. I overheard management belittling their employees, stating that if it weren't for (insert a name here), they wouldn't be behind. This is not a proper way to treat your employees, and I was shocked by it. The high turnover rate at this place makes me believe that management needs to reconsider how they train and treat their staff, as there are new employees every month. Speaking about employees in such a negative way could potentially lead to a defamation lawsuit.
