ETA: hours are listed on door as 730a-9p, it's 0800 and the doors are locked.Clean building, food is to be expected but as many others have listed: Employees (specifically Kate who always seems to be the one person at the counter) are very slow (whether there is one person working or three) and just seem extremely apathetic and u happy to be there. And while the food tastes mostly as expected, it's very hit or miss. I always get the same thing (blt) and sometimes it's 4 bacon straps, sometimes its 6, sometimes it's 8.
I recently encountered an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Subway's customer service that compelled me to share my frustration. Upon placing an order and completing the payment process, I eagerly awaited my delicious sandwich, only to be met with sheer disappointment.The crux of the matter lies in the fact that despite having paid for my meal, the Subway staff failed to provide me with the sandwich I had ordered. The initial shock and confusion were swiftly replaced by a growing sense of frustration as I attempted to address the issue with their customer service.Regrettably, my attempts to communicate with Subway's customer service were met with inefficiency and a lack of urgency. The ordeal began with a prolonged wait on hold, listening to repetitive hold music, which did little to assuage my growing discontent. When I finally connected with a representative, the interaction was marked by a lack of empathy and a seeming disinterest in resolving my issue promptly.To exacerbate matters, there was a noticeable lack of transparency regarding the status of my missing order. The customer service representative failed to provide a clear explanation for the oversight or a concrete plan of action to rectify the situation. This lack of communication only served to heighten my frustration, as I was left in the dark regarding the fate of the sandwich for which I had already paid.Furthermore, the overall tone of the customer service interaction was far from accommodating. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience caused and expressing a genuine commitment to resolving the matter, the representative appeared indifferent, as though my grievance was a mere inconvenience rather than a valid concern.In the end, the culmination of these factors left me thoroughly dissatisfied with Subway's customer service. A simple transaction turned into a protracted and unpleasant experience, with no resolution in sight. As a customer who values both quality service and a positive dining experience, I am disheartened by the evident shortcomings in Subway's customer service, which, in this instance, failed to address a basic issue providing the customer with the product they had rightfully paid for.
Fresh ingredients and fairly recently renovated store.
My sandwich was excellent. Plenty of parking, clean store and the service was great!
