Starbucks - Fullerton

My wife I Went through the drive thru around 9:35pm last night and had an Amazing experience. We ordered a Venti Iced passion tango tea, Grande Nitro cold brew with an added espresso shot and a lightly toasted plain bagel. The drinks and bagel were TOTALLY PERFECT!!! Didn't get the barista's name the window, maybe Kay??but she is the Best!!! Extremely Nice and Friendly!!! We've been to so many Starbucks locations and the level of customer service is Horrible!!!So Thanks so much for your Awesome customer service!!! ??

When they don't have the medicine ball ingredients.?

Service was great! I typically don’t frequent Starbucks due to their over priced coffees but I came since my wife recommended the breakfast. As soon as I walked in I was greeted a messy lobby with dirty tables and chairs. There were many on staff and none bothered. Before you roll your eyes I was here at 7am.

Waited 15 minutes to get my order that had been sitting there the whole time (out of reach behind counter). Even though I was told it wasn't ready.

The crew at this place really sucks, except two people, the rest are super mean and unkind. I do Uber eats and treat us like ****. I hate picking up from here
