Kopan Ramen - Fullerton

The music was amazing! haha. I went on a week night and sat in ten minutes. cleanliness: 5/5 atmosphere: 5 food: 5 employees: 5 total: 5/5 would recommend. they were made of albacore and yellowtail bauch, but their tamago was also delicious. her nudel style is not my favorites, but her broth really makes the rams. also the music was amazing. had to ask for their playlist and they were super sweet about it.

Kopan ramen was one of my go-to ramen places in oc. the personal is friendly and service is attentive. I'm just coming here for rams, drinks, and some of the beside courts so I can't get to the sushi. the menu has good prices. overall, this is a simple place worth visiting

We visited last night to celebrate a family member's birthday. We ordered the Ebisu sashimi, 18-piece cutting ramen, Kuro Mayu ramen, Kara Miso ramen, Senorita roll, OMG roll, baked green mussel, spicy garlic edamame, salmon roll, and the Moon roll. Everything was incredibly tasty and fresh! The only two items I wasn't fond of were the crispy scallop roll and the popcorn roll. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food is well-prepared. However, it's unfortunate that many beggars come to the tables asking for money, which isn't the establishment's fault. The server tries to ask them to leave, but some still manage to return. Aside from that, I thought the broth was quite flavorful. I also ordered the garlic strings, but I wasn't expecting them to be spicy, which was a surprise! They were still a bit undercooked, making them tougher to chew, but the flavor was good. The servers are friendly and do their best to accommodate everyone, even though they seem a bit understaffed.

The waitstaff were exceptional, and our food arrived quickly and was delicious. This was our first visit, and we will definitely return. The atmosphere was lively, with a great mix of young and older patrons, making for a wonderful experience.
