This place has the best food I’ve had in a while and go to tasting menus as much as I can afford. If your thinking about going, GO!

North Orange county has a new dining experience north of the 91. We had dinner at Journeymans Food and Drinks. The zen like spa atmosphere and music was extremely relaxing. All part of Chef Zach's master plan for your dining experience.The prix fixe menu was tantalizing to both the eye and palate. We got to experience some new flavors with the cuisine that I never thought of putting together before. We ordered different entrees so we could steal bites off each other's plates. I had the scallop appetizer which I have to say was divine. The service was excellent as well as the cocktails shaken by bartender Steve, shaken and not stirred. Journeyman's food and drink Chef Zach has done an outstanding job assembling a fine dining experience and of all places Fullerton! Definitely check it out.

My man and I enjoyed our dinner at journeyman very much. it was an unusual experience that it was a pre-fix menu with four curses, but we had three choices for each court. we both enjoyed each cure, except I don't dessert, so my man got my dessert as well. we both decided that the otopus was the best dish of the evening. I didn't know he liked otopus until this evening. the main course, lachs, was so tender and tasteful. the waiter was very helpful in the explanation of the dishes and the cook visited us to talk about the dishes. all in all, a pleasant evening. I would recommend reiseman for another and pleasant eating experience.
