Islands - Fullerton

Eating was good, but they don't have personnel, so waiting is ridiculous. There were 25 minutes on a table at 11:40. Good place, but for now not worth waiting

I ordered online for pickup. When I came in, I told the staff that I ordered online and they told me I went to the pick-up area to pick up my food. When I went to the pick-up area, the employees stared at me and moved back to the front. I tried to get her attention by saying hello, but they just ignored me. I tried to get her attention back, but they ignored me again. Because they ignored me, I assumed they were just too busy. After standing there for how 10 min, an employee finally asked me if I was here to pick up.... When I finally got my food, my hamburgers and pommes were cold... Nevertheless, I still enjoyed eating the burger because I used an air frit to heat everything.

Server was extra polite and friendly. Food is very good, but quite expensive. It makes me a rag. Bar Server is standing in front of a chalkboard, tells me that they cannot list the names of beers because they change all the time. Lol

Had lunch special. Service was fast and friendly, but the burger I had eaten definitely had no salt on it and the onions tasted less than fresh. Breathe about 25% of my food before you give up. Will give the advantage of doubt as the other tables seemed to enjoy their food, but that the poor one experience with their signature court is not that I want to return.

Love this place, great food, great service. My son loves it.
