Plastic and a long strip of fat in my carnitas burrito. Where's the zero stars option? This was the most disgusting food I've had in memory. I ordered three carnitas burritos and a bean burrito. I opened a carnitas burrito and it was nothing but grease. I drained what I could, then I started eating. The taste is forgettable, which is sad because they used to be great, but the quality has suffered as the prices have increased. But what was absolutely disgusting, unforgettably disgusting, purely loathsome, was the big strip of what looks and feels like boiled fat, and yellow strips of what feels like plastic. PLASTIC!!! (I'll up load a photo. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will go out of my way to dissuade people from coming here. This happened on 08/27/24, ordered about 3:20 p.m. EDIT: 08/28/24, 5:50 a.m. I ordered 4 total burritos for 2 people/family. 1 each for dinner, 1 each for lunch the next day. I decided not to eat my second carnitas burrito. I did heat it up, which left it greasy/oily and I did open it up. I found another long piece of stringy, chewy, spongy meat on the inside. I don't know what it was. I do know that if that had touched my tongue and entered my mouth, I would have puked. Also, after cutting up the burrito and looking through it, I noticed two black hairs close together mixed with the guacamole on my plate. First, my hair isn't black, second, my hair is shaved to about 1/4 an inch right now. I'm not going to guess at what kind of hair it was, but that is disgusting. I suggested to my family member not to eat the third carnitas burrito, but we did open it up. There was no long and spongy piece of meat/fat, whatever it was, but there was that yellow plastic/plastic like thing on the inside. Their cook needs to be fired and possibly arrested for messing with people's food and the Health Department needs to be notified. Maybe I'll notify them. Honestly, I haven't felt this mentally sick in a long time.

The food here is amazingly delicious everything tastes so good together. I be getting the pastor fries and let me tell you it’s the BOMB. The service here is good but the last time I went and it was recent, there was this girl probably mid 20s working there taking order for drive thru. When I paid my order and I got my food, as I was driving out I checked my food to always make sure it’s right and sure enough it wasn’t what I ordered. I got a carne asada fries, I really don’t like that because it’s so much fat,it’ll just be really chewy. So I went back and asked for pastor fries and even the receipt said carne asada fries when I said pastor. I really didn’t wanna waste food, I asked the lady if I can give it to someone who needs it. But this girl just gave me a dead stare and told the cook to make the pastor fries. She didn’t say nothing to me so I waited on the side till then. I felt bad like actually because I know how it be with food going to waste that is why I offered that idea to the girl but I all I got was rudeness. Sure enough I got my pastor fries and left. Atmosphere wasn’t great. Parking: Plenty of parking, good enough space.

Ordered menudo to go and did not receive any trimmings but worst part was the menudo was greasy and disgusting. I called to speak to someone and he hung up on me. Will never come here again!

How do you have nachos with hardly any cheese and it's not even melted? Also the asada tasted funny.

$12.50 for a burrito and charge a debit fee on top!!!!
