I've been ordering Pizza Capri several times, and every time the food came to an undamaged... It seems that this is a regularity that other customers have complained about. The food is okay, but it's not worth it for time. And I'll tell you, the whole 5 star reviews look a little suspicious.

After we checked on the homepage whether the pizzeria delivers to our address, which is supposed to be possible according to the website, we ordered food. We have received an order confirmation in which our order was processed. After the food had been processed after 2 hours, we called the pizzeria. There we were then at first thundered for 5 min to wait only so that we got informed little later that they did not deliver to us. The employees were therefore apparently unable to make a short call that the delivery is not possible or would never have been possible, which is why we waited for 2 hours in vain. In all this, employees on the phone were not particularly friendly and showed no understanding of our anger. So I cannot recommend this pizzeria in any case, as the service is just catastrophically catastrophic and advise everyone from an order!

The delivery service is extremely unsatisfactory. Why do I pay extra for the supply of food, just to be asked to come outside? In addition, I wait in the cold until the driver arrives. Please inform me when you arrive and not prematurely. The focus should be on customer comfort, not on that of the driver, which is why I am also willing to pay more for delivery.
