My team was in town for an EMS tradeshow in May 2019. We finished day 2 and didn't have dinner plans... becuase the tradeshow was in town, every place we called was booked... until we found Alt Elsass. They got us right in, translated the menu for us word for word from German to English and served us one of the most amazing meals. The soups are very good. We tried Asparagus, Spinach, and French onion and all we outstanding. The main course, French fare as well as typical German entrees were all awesome. Service was impacable. Thanks Alt Elsass..... Glad we lucked out and ended up at your restaurant.

One of the best addresses for excellent foods, such as steaks, fish or even flame cakes. For this very personal service with good wine or freshly tapped high-rise Pils. It is good that there is such a location in Fulda. Andree's Alsace note is distinctive. Hopefully the restaurant will be held for a while.
