Bidrage med feedbackIt's on the 2nd floor, part of the Rammenstraße. I think it's a popular rammen shop and is full of people even on a Monday night. We basically like everything we ordered. The pig is thick enough still soft to eat. The soup has mixed taste, but not hard at all.
Oh, my God. I was in Fukuoka several times, but that was my first time I was shiny. These are the richest, best rams I've ever had. Super recommend
This Japanese ramen restaurant was recommended by a local guide! Loved it! Small sized noodles went well with the pork based broth. When you pickled ginger, it just came into a new taste. Came late at night, the restaurant was very packed.
I chose this at random because it had the pictures most accurately depicting the tonkotsu I was looking for. Also, long line is typically a good sign. Waited in line for about 20 minutes or so, and then ordered ramen and gyoza. Turns out the ramen was incredible, the gamble was a success. Broth depth, meat flavor, etc etc come here and find out yourself.
I went there at 17:00 and had to wait in line 30 minutes. After ordering the food came in about 3 minutes. I ordered the Ramen with egg (890¥ plus a second serving of noodles (150¥ . The broth is not as heavy as other Tonkatsu, but I like that. Definitely add some ginger and garlic (which is available for free .
