Worst coffee ever in Italy It's the worst coffee ever made in Italy. How can coffee taste bad in Italy!!¡! I trusted it because it was Illy Coffee, but the employee doesn't seem to be a barista. The employee woman was very unkind. She seemed to be too insincere and loath to do her job. She is an employee with no customer service mindset. The service was horrible but once you ordered you still had the hope that the food would be good and yet somehow it managed to be even worse than the staff.
