Here's why three stars..... For the prices they are charging for yard bird, they shouldn't give you a hard time when you attempt to select what pieces go with your 3 4 piece meal. What's it to ya KFC worker if I want two breasts with my 4 peice, over priced meal? It's not gonna break the KFC breast/chicken bank hate dark meat. No, I don't want nuggets.... Anyhow Good food usually cooked well enough.

I was not impressed. Food was cold. All I was interested in having was the chili cheese fries.

We buy from KFC Fürth very often and in large quantities. We always reach €50 for every order. We have little children with us so definitely we cannot finish everything that is why in every KFC we go to, we ask if we can have them taken out but provide us also with plates so we can eat a bit and since we cannot finish all, take the rest home. Unfortunately, the employee, a big man with tattoos on both arms and the manager (appears to be of Turkish descent) deprived us of 1-2 plates as a request. This is the only time that we were refused of such a request not even considering the quantity of our order. The employee was also not customer friendly as he was even arguing with me about my order as if he knows better what I want. I'm sorry KFC Fürth. You ruined our experience.

Used to be GREAT. Now its just horrible. No more Spice Pieces. Cole Slaw keeps changing. Pommes cold all the time. Chicken is doggy and not fresh. Sometimes raw. Not for me anymore
