First I interviewed many cooks then at the table I kept cheerfully conversating with them while sipping champagne and tasting the pecorino (obviously Tuscan) to the truffle accompanied by honey and hot focaccia... delicious dessert: ricotta, pears and chocolate scales!!! _

Great pinsa, even takeaway, are always super punctual! Excellent quality of food and there friendliness of staff, absolutely recommended also for on-site consumption.
