Moe's Southwest Grill - Fruit Cove

Just arrived to get dinner and they locked the doors and are closing 30 mins before the posted closing time. Ridiculous

Terrible service!!! These young kids that work here are terrible especially the boy and girl that closed tonight 3/5/24. Hours state they close at 10pm. Walked in at 9:30pm and the girl completely ignored me with her AirPods in knowing I’m standing right in front of her. The man walks out and I ask if they are closed and he says in a rude tone “closing” while he starts scrubbing the grill. Stop being so lazy and fix your attitudes!

The young gentleman working here are friendly and the food is really good. Hats off to these gentleman.

I hate to say it, but Moe's has really lost its charm. This used to be our go-to takeout place, but the recent experience at this location left us sorely disappointed. First of all, the prices have been steadily increasing, and the quality of service has not followed suit. It's frustrating to see that the cost keeps going up while the overall experience is at an all-time low. The value for money just isn't there anymore. The staff at this Moe's are painfully slow. Waiting in line feels like an eternity, and even after a lengthy wait, the end result is often unsatisfactory. It's disheartening when they can't even roll a burrito properly. It's a fundamental skill for a Mexican fast-food joint, and when they get it wrong, it's a major letdown. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that when the place seems to be busy, which is quite the opposite, people are forced to turn around and leave due to the excessive wait times and subpar service. Moe's is clearly missing out on potential customers because of this. Overall, this Moe's location has lost the qualities that made it a beloved takeout spot. It's no longer worth the money, and I hope they address their issues to bring back the enjoyable dining experience we once knew. Until then, we'll be looking elsewhere for our burrito fix.

Every time i go here, I tell myself “Never again”. Then i forget about my last experience just because it’s convenient and fast casual Mexican how bad can it be??? The food has ZERO taste and most of the time it’s been sitting out for longer than it should be. If the food were hot and fresh, I am sure it would have SOME taste. I don’t think the corporate recipes are as bad as this location is making them out to be. They need to do a better job of rotating the food and have smaller batches out during slower periods. This time for sure NEVER AGAIN.
