Excellent pinsa, 100% digestible. If I think of a pizza (so-called pinsa) I have no doubt, I choose the local of Giada Loreto 102 .

Menù concentrated on the pliers that are always good and inviting, the rest is little stuff. Good selection of beers. The price is a little more than pizza 5 € pizza Margherita and 7 € pizza) but you can not compare the flours and leaven therefore, there is. The service is quick and polite. I'd like to make sure we didn't die cold. The design of the room did not impress me but I do not choose a place for aesthetics but for the kitchen... I would like to leave a note for those who do the cleaning: the beams of the ceiling were very beautiful but there were many babbalotti !!!

This evening with a group of Friends, we went to this pizzeria, first to eat the Famosa Pinsa Romana, type of pizza from them Prepared. I immediately pray that the Pizza was very good, well cooked and well stuffed. During the evening, almost all our group was forced to wear the coat because of the cold air coming from the air conditioners. We have told Sala operators several times to completely turn off the conditioner seen and considered that it was not working. The waiters repeatedly turned off and turned on the air conditioner, as they thought it was only due to a condensation problem.... So turning it on and turning it off for them the problem was solved.... Eating a pizza with a cold air I can assure you that it is not the best....with the group of friends made up of 11 people we took a mixed appetizer center table, with a pizza per person. Appetizer in the middle with classic meats and fried... . Nothing special but classic stuff... The very good pizza well cooked and stuffed... All accompanied by a very fast service.... room operators, regarding the failure caused by air conditioners never apologized for the incident, but always found an excuse.... The evening was overwhelmed by the Count very exaggerated.... Antipasto pizza with some dessert all at 25 € per person, we were all shocked, since never paid so expensive for an appetizer and pizza and some dessert. With this price we would have had a real lunch or full dinner.... With all genuine and high quality foods. Total 275 € 11 people, for us accustomed to going out in group all Saturday evenings, the price was really Exaggerated. I personally think I never come back to this place again, I can only advise you to take a takeaway pizza and leave as soon as possible.

Leaving aside the food of itself good that did not leave the mark because our attention was all time to keep us warm of our coats. Explain better, a friend of ours booked in this Pinseria for a reunion, but once we came in we should have understood that there was something wrong, as also other customers already present were still wearing coats. We welcome, we take away the coats 5 minutes and already the lips began to be purple, we ask the waiter to raise the temperature and responds that he had to lower the temperature because other customers had asked to lower it.... but who if they were all with the coat?? .... after several requests finally came out that the heating did not work.... What is sorry is the teasing, masking the problem with “inverosimilious” excuses... we didn’t leave because those who had booked knew the owners and we didn’t want to create problems, but a terrible situation managed with lies just not to let us escape. They would have made a better impression by telling us immediately about the problem. Mah!

I was in the family last night at this place that we already knew with the intention of spending a nice evening where there was a Christmas tombola. Assuming I'm not the type that writes reviews, this time I couldn't really do without it. We start from the beginning... once we enter the club nobody welcomed us, after the third time that was said good evening, a lady approached us by accompanying us to our booked table. After about 10 minutes the waiter arrives, who anticipates the fixed appetizer and pinsa menu, then we decide to take 3 more a card order since we had a celiac person. The most obvious problems with the latter... celiac antipasto because meats are different from others??? But it's okay so we'd miss it, after which a second of meat with potatoes...good comes the second but not potatoes, then we ask why and the waiter apologizes that they no longer had potatoes for celiacs and forgot to inform us why there are potatoes for celiacs??? Perhaps they did not want to take a pan and fry aside or even in the oven or did not know exactly what it meant to be celiac, I hope not otherwise of these times would be really serious, especially for those who work in these activities. Ah I forgot... in a menu was asked a Snow White Pine instead of the ones provided by the local and ' has been added 1€ of difference, clearly it is not for the money but often I think it is lost to nothing especially with regular customers. Note even more painful than the evening the temperature in the room...to say that it was cold is a compliment, all people, no excluded were eating with the vest!!! A lady even spent some time saying she would leave before she finished dinner. In conclusion we order coffees €1,50 hot stained and the same waiter with a smile says he could not do it or better only in cold and he presented himself with a long-term milk carton. I have seen really little professionalism/experience!!! Moral of the fairy tale we had to “scappare” just finished the dinner and therefore the tombolata reason why we were all there was not turned. My review hopes to be constructive to improve many aspects and gaps that I hope I never see again. Anyway, I'll be back from takeaway for the great pinsa. Greetings Alessandro
