Nestlé Toll House Café By Chip The Star

Nestle Toll House cafe is my favorite franchise, but this location is terrible. Utterly unsanitary (as other reviewers have noted), and the staff/owners are unable to communicate intelligibly. Finally, when I came to pick up my cake (which was a gift) it was cracked in half. The manager insisted that it was “fine” and that this “just happens.” Don’t waste your time or money here. There are other locations in the area that have superior management, sanitation practices, and staff.

I’ve bought multiple cookies here and they’re always old/stale. They try to microwave it to mask it.

The associate knocked my order on the floor as she handed it to me. I understand mistakes happen, but when she picked up the cookies off the floor, she placed them on the counter. She baked new ones and I indicated I would return to pick them up. When i got home, I noticed a couple of my cookies had cream on them (knocked against the ones that fell on the floor). Too annoyed to return them at this point.

This is a cool place wish there was one closer to where I live.
