Main Event Frisco

We went for a game of bowling and snacks. We asked for water numerous times and weren’t brought water until our hour was almost up (and we asked for water before we ordered food when we first sat down) We ordered two pizzas and only one was put in so my son went to the counter to get his own. We had one frame left in the game and they ended our time…should have complained and said if we didn’t have to go get our own napkins, pizza and ask numerous times for water we could have finished our game but it just wasn’t worth more time talking trying to someone. We had to wait around for more than that amount of time to pay our awful waiter (we could easily finished the frame in that amount of time). We have been going to Main event for 20 years but this may have been our last visit. Poor service makes it not worth it. There were plenty of staff doing a very poor job.

Amazing for Kids events like B"day etc. They have Bowling, Laser, Arcade etc. and it's well organized and spacious. The party packages are reasonable price which includes unlimited drinks, limited Pizza etc. Our party host TESS was really friendly, helpful and nice for anything we needed during the event.The reason for not 5 starts review is just that the management didn't inform the party host about the number of guests though I did confirm 4 days before so that was little bit frustrating and took time initially but other than that they are really good and took care of everything...Vegetarian options: We had Cheese Pizza which was goodKid-friendliness: Kids can enjoy the food and the gamesParking: Plenty of parking in front and back sideWheelchair accessibility: It's on first floor

We went there for a birthday party and the pizza was not good. And they had potato fries nachos, which is the only option for vegetarians.Parking: Lots of parking spots.

We had a birthday party. Our host really tried her best to make our experience better by gracefully accepting all our requests. I wish main event has little more options for vegetarians too.Food: 5/5

Was there for the kids and, of course, they had a blast. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Never saw any staff on their phone. Never saw any staff in corners talking amongst themselves. I did see a manager (through the glass in their office) apparently really upset about something speaking with their hands to someone else which I remembered because I never saw a manager out on the floor- not that I needed one because the regular employees were awesome.Food tasted like the tostidos I get from the store but the kids loved it and it came out quickly. Waitstaff and food runner were nice and attentive.I did encounter more than a few broken machines. I waited until I had 3 issues (card not scanning, no balls, no discs) each time to report it but staff fixed it each time. It's most assuredly a management issue... at the very least put a sign saying the machine isn't working so I don't have to kill the kid's fun by going to get a refund. Fixing the machines would be even better but I don't know their budget so who am I to say that lolOverall, it looked clean (bathrooms included), the sounds were perfect for the environment, bowling was a good experience albeit we had to wait 30 minutes to get one as they only had like like 8 lanes open. I never saw anyone cleaning the machines and only noticed one santizer station but kids get sick and might as well be during the summer! Bottom line is it's air conditioned and the kiddos had fun; would I bring them once it cools down? Probably not.Kid-friendliness: Good mix of older and younger kid options. They
