Emerson Restaurant Bar - Frisco

Terrible experience. The Emerson is essentially a lobby bar at the Sheraton hotel, positioned right in front of the hotel entrance and the registration desk. When we mentioned our OpenTable reservation, the bartender (the sole staff member in the bar) claimed he had no knowledge of OpenTable. This was a disappointing way to celebrate a birthday! We will NEVER return. OpenTable should more accurately depict this establishment for what it truly is.

I had a terrible experience at The Emerson. It's actually a hotel lobby bar located in the Sheraton, which is clearly visible from the hotel entrance and the reception desk. When we mentioned our OpenTable reservation, the bartender (the only person working in the bar) had never heard of OpenTable. It was a disappointing way to celebrate a birthday, and we definitely won't be returning. OpenTable should provide a more accurate description of this location.
