Bidrage med feedbackSpeedy and Delicious. We ordered delivery from Chef Chen last night around 8:30-they close at 9 pm. They were nice on the phone and took our order. Though they said half an hour, I'm pretty sure that the food was at my door in about 15 minutes. General Tsao's chicken was sweet and spicy; not too breaded, but just enough to give it a nice crunch. Mongolian Beef was done very well too. Brown rice was cooked perfectly (not gummy and not crunchy).
Decent food. Lunch prices are good. I wish the entrees came with more vegetables though. Fairly fast service.
Great food, great service!. My boyfriend and I live in Allen, and we drive all the way to Frisco when we are craving chinese because we love Chef Chen. We have been there three times now and each time the food is just as good as the last time. I always get the sesame chicken, which has all white meat and it not fatty at all which is amazing. My boyfriend has gotten General Tsao and loved it. The Spring Rolls are good as well the rice. Restaurant is clean, staff was super friendly and talkative and it was not crowded at all. I think a good sign of a Chinese place is if the food is consistently good, and this is defnitely the case with Chef Chen!
Best in area. My wife and I had abandoned the idea of ordering out Chinese after we moved to Frisco, after trying everything available. It was a very disheartening time, we'd always loved our random Sundays of complete laziness. Chef Chen swooped in like Superman when they opened, and returned us to our lazy Sunday state! We've had the Lo Meins, Fried Rices, Sesame Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, and lots of others. The appetizers have all been good, and the Crab Rangoon is super. Hot and Sour soup is great, which I always find a great determinator as to whether a Chinese restaurant is good or not. This place isn't perfect, but how many are? They have lots of wonderful dishes worth trying if you're looking for Chinese in the Frisco area.
Yummy!. Fresh yummy! My 3 kids I all ate for $20 and change! We had chicken lo mien, szechwan chicken and honey seared chicken, all we're hot and cooked to perfection :
