Whataburger - Friendswood

I got curbside here a few weeks ago on my way home and have no complaints. My food came out pretty fast, was hot and fresh and exactly how I ordered it. The guy who brought it out was friendly enough too. If I was nearby, I'd be fine with stopping hereagain.

My husband and I can not say enough good about this Whataburger. We live within a couple of minuets of another Whataburger but we bypass it to come to this one. Jeff the manager, Ranjeeta, Maria and Adam all seem to be very passionate about making surethe customers are always happy. The only downfall we have found with Whataburger is when we go on vacation, we take ourWhataburger bag with us as an oversized tote to the beach and through the towns. We are always asked where did you find aWhataburger in the area's we travel. Whataburger seems to be a common language with tourists. lol, Attached is a photo fromPlaya Del Carmen Mexico.

Our burgers were hot and put on our requests. The vegetables (bread, tomatoes, pimples, onions) were super fresh! Our drinks were freezing. I'm not waiting long. We have experienced great customer service! We'll be back.

The person who our order was friendly and patient even with the language barrier and i notice they are very organized , fast and work efficiently I even got a big whataburger bag thank yoh so much for the great service abd hard work you guys put in!

Food was tasty and fresh. Burger didn't look like someone sat on it before giving it to me so that's always a plus. Daughter ordered a kids burger with ketchup and pickles only....I know gross, anyway she said the burger was over ketchup'd and my fries weren't hot like I like em'. But overall, I will return next time I'm on that side of town.
