Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Friendswood

Very inconsistent service and aromas. We are always looking for milk-free flavors, and Menchie 's sometimes offers a non-fertilized, and sometimes not. When I ask for milk-free flavors that come back, nobody knows, or the rude girl that works here simply says no. When I asked about milk in a topping, she said, I don't know, but did not offer to see it in the book that is under her register. When my daughter and I both said thank you. She just looked at her phone and didn't react. We have experienced more friendly and helpful staff in the past, which is why I gave more than 1 star, but the girl there consistently at 4 a.m. on the weekdays is now not the customer-oriented or most pleasant.

Awful. Only pulled to Friendswood, only 3 flavors work and all toppings were empty. Yoghurt stack under the machines. The counters were sticky and not clean. It won't be back.

Very clean. Friendly staff. The cheese cake was out, but still many delicious flavors to choose.

My family loves to go here. I like that they almost always have a vegan option because I can't make dairy products.

I love frozen yogurt but unfortunately not everyone makes it great. However menchies does a great job at creating and making some good flavors! I also love that it is self serve, it's fun to be able to create your own cup! I had a cheesecake flavor here once and man it was so good but I never got to get it again, if it ever comes back please tell me!
