Birraporetti's Friendswood

The restaurant wasn't very good. The food was lukewarm and not very fresh, and the service was lacking.

We chose Birraporetti's for a Mother's Day dinner for several reasons. We wanted cuisine that would appeal to a variety of family members, reasonable prices that were not inflated for the holiday, the option to make reservations, a quiet atmosphere, and easy accessibility for elderly family members. Birraporetti's met all of these criteria. The food was good, although they were out of a few items due to the busy holiday rush. I appreciated the convenient location near residential neighborhoods, as we did not have to drive far to reach the restaurant. Parking was also easy to find.

This was a big disappointment for Mother 's Day. I made a reservation for 2 for Mother 's day brunch as I have for the last few years so we did not have to wait for a table. When we arrived we were told that our table was a high top in the bar area, a small circular table with very little room for two glasses and plates for a meal. With few options elsewhere at that point we stayed and were then told that we had to have the buffet. My mom had surgery last year and can only eat small amounts of food at each sitting so paying $26.95 for a buffet for her would be ridiculous. After a few words with what I think was a manager they allowed us to order a meal. We were not made to feel valued as patrons by either the hostesses or this manager. The only saving grace was our waiter. I will not return nor would I recommend this for anyone.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I took my girlfriend and she thoroughly enjoyed it! We will definitely be returning soon!

Not terrible. The food was temperature and not awfully fresh. Not very good service.
