This is a peculiar self-service restaurant where you load your order to a card that you receive at the entrance and pay at the exit. The dishes are freshly prepared while waiting in the line. With regard to main dishes, four types of pasta are vegan marked: Arrabiata, Pomodoro, Aglio e Olio and Ratatouille. The Aglio e Olio I tried was pretty good, the Bruschetta is just okay. Wenn man Preis-Leistung beachtet, gibt es viele italienische Restaurants die viel besseres Essen anbieten. Leider ist das Essen im Vapiano abhängig vom Stress des Koches. Zur Mittagszeit wenn das Restaurant voll ist, ist alles viel liebloser angerichtet als so ca. um 14 Uhr.
