Wingstop - Fresno

Had wingstop delivered by doordash. The driver informed me that Wingstop hands them an empty soda cup and expects the driver to fill our drinks. People who work in restaurants are required to have a food handlers license. Drivers are meant to just pick upbags and deliver them. I don't want my drivers filling up my drinks! Absolutely unacceptable! Is this just laziness of thewingstop employees? Who decided this was acceptable? I've since talked to other drivers and learned it isn't just this wingstop.All wingstops do this apparently. It has to stop. It's gross!

They have bad service the cashier at first seem nice but they are rude when you tell them they got your order wrong. The wings are dry . I don?t recommend at all. They give you what ever they want I really don?t like this place last time I go there.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Everything was dry. The lemon pepper wings had hardly any seasoning on them and I couldn't distinguish them from the plain original wings. The original hot wings were also dry and lacked flavor. Despite checking twice, I didn't see an option for dry wings. The flavors were very disappointing. This was only my second time trying Wing Stop, as I really enjoyed it the first time. I ended up ordering a lot for the family, but it was a waste of money. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I would avoid ordering from here again.

I have to give this restaurant one star. We are always waiting, and when we finally can order, the service is lacking and our meals end up being messed up. When we try to call, we are left on hold for an eternity. Even when we order online, our order is not started until we arrive. It is extremely busy, but both my brother and I have tried to apply for jobs to help out with the love of their wings, but we never receive a response or an interview. It seems like the management doesn't want to improve. Right now, I am at Carl's Jr. across the street where the service is always excellent.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up within 25 minutes as they had promised it would be ready. Unfortunately, it was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our order to be completed. The wings were overly crispy and the fries were burnt. Despite that, the store was clean.
