Wingstop - Fresno

The wings I ordered were delicious. I got the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper flavors. I would have given them five stars, but the fries were soggy and limp so I didn't finish them. The service was excellent, and the person who took my order was fantastic. I would have given him a tip if I could have.

I just arrived at this restaurant and unfortunately, what I see is highly unsanitary. The manager is picking at her nose and touching the food with bare hands, which is disgusting and not hygienic at all. They should wash their hands and wear gloves to handle food properly.

Great place to eat and hang out. Generally busy on the weekends. I recommend ordering ahead of time, through the app or the phone.

I went to the restaurant to pick up an order for my sick mother who had placed the order. I asked politely if they could substitute regular fries for regular size veggies, as my mother had made a mistake due to their website glitching multiple times. The manager, Jennifer, was super rude and tried to hide her rudeness with a fake voice. Instead of just substituting one item, she replaced all the fries in our order with veggies and even tried to charge me for the substitution. Despite me clearly stating that I wanted the regular fries substituted for regular veggies. It seemed like she was being spiteful and took it out on our entire order. Please be cautious of the rude manager, Jennifer. This was the worst service we have ever received, the manager before her was much better.

The wings seem fine but that?s way too much oil or butter and the wing is way over cooked. And we?ll the pictures speak for themselves. ????????
