Wassabi Off The Hook - Fresno

I 've been to Wasabi Off the Hook many times and continue to go back because they have the best quality fish in Fresno/Clovis. Sushi is my favorite food, and moving from Sacramento to here was an especially hard adjustment as every sushi place I tried didn’t have good quality fish except here. My favorite roll is the Max roll. My boyfriend always gets the chicken teriyaki and likes that it is lean and not too fatty. I’ve brought all my friends and family here who have visited me, and they all agree the quality is top notch! The only downside is that service can be a bit slow, so keep that in mind when dining in, but overall I will continue dining here as it’s the best sushi in Fresno.

The spicy salmon roll just had spice poured on the top. VERY lazy compared to better sushi places who mixes it in. I don't think this is the image that KC worked so hard for.

The food is so good! I get the box lunch special only about 24$. They have a variety of items to choose from. It's always ready when I get there.

100% eat here. Sit at the bar. We had the Fresno and super girl plus eel. Service was perfect. Food quality, and volume was great. I'm only upset that l and my wife got full.
