We arrived at approximately 8:10 pm, and our order arrived around 8:27 pm. During our visit, I asked to use the restroom, but the lady told me it was closed. I was wondering if the restroom is typically closed before the restaurant closes or if she simply didn't want me to use itFood: 4/5

My girls and I really enjoy this location. The atmosphere is perfect for a little afternoon tea upstairs with my Darlins. This visit I tried a South African herbal tea, Vanilla Rooibos sweet with Oak milk. Delicious!A heads up to the Plant based, and non dairy drinkers. There is a .75 up charge for oat milk. Personally, I think this is ridiculous to charge someone after you’ve asked if you’d like cream or sweetener in your tea. And furthermore .75 for 2 tablespoons of oat milk is outrageous. Other than that little spat I still love Teazers and this location.

The tea-ristas are always super nice and helpful!! I get the Tropic Thunder and this location makes it best in my opinion! I recommend here to everyone I talk to!

I made a phone order since I was running late for work. They didn't make it. I paid for two large, but received two regular size. 2 stars since the drinks taste great, but received POOR service. Girls were pleasant, but I'm glad that I didn't tip based on drinks not being made. One of the girls remembered the order, but forgot to make it. ?

Always delicious and refreshing drinks available, with tons of options. There is plenty of space to order a drink and study or hang out with friends.Food: 5/5
