Bidrage med feedbackI love Teazers and have always had a great experience. However, I placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes. I was in the store, and they had plenty of staff working. I probably won’t order online again from this location.
EDIT: Tea and food remains to be 5/5. Never had a problem with the cashiers and other employees there. They’ve all remained lovely all these years.Management: please update the menus and the pricing already. I’ve been going here for like over 5 years now and they’re still the same. The menus are the same. I know prices are higher because it’s just how everything is now, but it gets irritating seeing something else on the register vs the menu. I was already in a bad mood, and I feel awful I was irritated and the cashier had to witness that.I can’t imagine if a worse customer than me shows up and throws a bigger fit.Also, it is disgusting the menus haven’t been replaced all these years.
That place has the best matcha vanilla (Monster Matcha)! Probably need a music in the background to complete it, but I love itFood: 5/5

This place is one of our favorites to get drinks. They always come out so great. I don't care for their service though. We've only encountered ONE friendly person there. She was very personable. I don't really ever see them clean the tables. Every time we come here, there was water ring marks in the table or used teapots sitting on the tables. Glad there are other places to sit at while we enjoy our tea. It's cool that they have a loyalty program that ties in with your phone number. The free drink only applies to a limited list of drinks. But free is free.
