Señor Ají Peruvian Bistro - Fresno

My friend recently introduced me to Senor Aji, and I can't stop recommending it to everyone! I prioritize quality above all else, and you can really tell that this place values fresh, high-quality ingredients. I had never even tried Peruvian cuisine before, but don't let that worry you. You can order anything from the menu, and it's guaranteed to be amazing!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! I highly recommend it! The Seco De Res is fantastic, and the Lomo Saltado is just as great.

Initially, I was quite upset with how my food was delivered, but once I tasted everything, my mood changed completely. The alfajores were absolutely the best I've ever had!

OMG!!!! Best food in Fresno. Im just mad that I didnt know how good it was. ALL the food is good!! The chicha morada drink was a first for me, sooooo Fresh. Thats my go to from here on. I also like how they seal your food and drink. I give an A+
