Nami - Fresno

We received excellent service, the food was delicious, and the drinks were refreshing. There was a wonderful range of options available. Our group included vegans and vegetarians, and the chef was very accommodating to our needs.

Nami has become our family favorite. From the staff to the food everything was great. I read previous reviews about waiting a long period of time to be seated or get food, but it 's understandable. For one, everyone is having a hard time getting people to work, Nami is doing the best they can, they have a sign posted on their front door that states HELP WANTED. Our teppanyaki dinner experience today was great, and our chef made it fun for my two young children, we will definitely return. Also, you can make reservations ahead of time to accommodate wait times.

One of my favorite restaurants, their chefs who do the Teppanyaki make the experience so fun. The foods amazing, the service is great, and the wait isn't too bad.

My daughter and I went there last Friday. It was a disappointment. The restaurant was dirty.as soon as we walked in. Then when we got to the Tempanyaki area a bug ran across the counter. Why we stayed after that I don't know. The seafood was old and fishy tasting. The high chairs were broken. It was not a pleasant experience. We will never go back.

During my meal, I visited the men's bathroom and was shocked to find it in an unsanitary condition. There was dirt on the floor, overflowing trash cans, and no paper towels available. This raises concerns about how clean the staff might be while handling food. I spent $172, including tip, and I can honestly say we will not be returning. It's truly unfortunate, as I had hoped for a better experience.
