I’m only leaving this review for my son because I think he deserved a better experience giving the fact he got a voucher from school for making MERIT LIST! The two girls at the front desk were very rude and told us “uh it’s only gonna be $3 off” instead of congratulating my son for getting one or making it a fun experience it was very rude and very upsetting. If menchies is gonna do things like this for the kids it should be GENUINE not down played like it’s not an achievement!!!

The restaurant always offers a wonderful variety of cakes, and I can always find the perfect flavor. It is consistently clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. As for kid-friendliness, it is my son's favorite place to go for a sweet treat, and they even have a large Connect Four game that the whole family can enjoy.

I picked up a small cake for my friend's birthday and received excellent service! The friendly young lady assisted me in selecting a cake and provided detailed explanations. I will definitely return to this place!

Kid-friendliness: I was there around 5 pm.My kids enjoyed the fun experience of self serving,the cashier was very helpful and kind.Would definitely recommend to come.
