Love this place but was a little disappointed today.

I used to like this place and have been coming here for 2 decadesbut that will stop today.

Not the same place from years ago. Ridiculous wait time. Sad this place has become so poor. Don't waste your time. I'm not returning.

I called in to place an order on May 4, 2025, only to be placed on hold. As I waited patiently, I went about my tasks, hoping to finalize my order efficiently. However, after approximately 7 minutes of being on hold, I realized the futility of the situation and asked my wife to try calling on her cell. To our dismay, there was still no answer. Feeling frustrated, I decided to take matters into my own hands and drove over to the establishment. Upon entering, I was met by a young man with curly hair who casually inquired if he could assist me. Showing him my phone, I expressed my disappointment, explaining that I had been on hold for over 15 minutes. Instead of offering an apology, his response was a nonchalant, oh, I 've been busy. This indifferent attitude left me disheartened and underscored the decline in service standards that I 've observed over the years.
