Jack In The Box - Fresno

I waited in line for approximately 15 minutes at the restaurant, despite there not being a long line or one that wrapped around the building. Unfortunately, the line did not move at all during that time. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I ended up going to the Jack-in-the-Box on Kings Canyon instead, where my order was taken within two minutes.

Doesn't want to be around the people who hang around there. they put baskets full of things on the fount doors looks like a camp outside, people in the side sleeping on the tables could not use bad people do not get out,After all that we just left we wanted to eat there.

Usual long waiting time 30 minutes to an hour. they thought they would make more food if it was the busiest. sometimes I can't buy anything unless it's an online order. Otherwise, eating here is usually super and fresh. it is as if they make the food when they order it, so they have to wait at least one hour.

This restaurant is filthy and repulsive. Several workers are not wearing hair nets and are on their phones. The soda machine has very few flavors and the restaurant looks dirty. The food is bland and messy, and the fries are always soggy or stale.

Although the item (mini churros) was read back to me in the order, the churos we're not included. I used the drive through, but afterwards went in to see about getting churros. there was a man waiting impatiently, ahead of me for his order for about 5 minutes. I waited and then finally gave up and left. During the 5 minutes I waited with the other man, I saw no other employees. it was as if the store was abandoned. Not a pleasant experience.
