I ordered the steak and spicy chicken combo. I asked for the steak medium rare , and I received it well done. The chicken was also very dry.Food: 2/5

I've been eating here for many years. Since the pandemic, prices have increased quite a bit, portions are much smaller, and quality has gone down. I thought the service was not great the last time I visited, not very friendly or showing the excellence I feel I used to get.Note: The photo I posted on Google was taken pre-pandemic. Compare for yourself!

Food is amazing! But 2 star Service.. make sure you check your order before you leave. Cause they messed up on our order and when we realized it..They gave us the run around about giving us a refund for the food that was left out of our order. And when we called they said we will call you back We are really busy right now I understand they are busy at times. So let 's hope they really call back.

We arrived half hour before closing time. We were told they could only do takeout and not sit-down even tho there were people sitting down and tables available. Either clearly mark somewhere that's what is happening or change the hours appropriately so people can sit during open hours. If the staff wants to leave immediately at closing time then they have to close the restaurant earlier and account for cleanup time.Having said all that, the food remains great, but the customer service side of things needs work.

The food is pretty good but the service is horrible. Every time I call in my order they either never have it or it’s dead cold. They’ll say come by in 20 minutes and I’ll come by in 20 minutes and the food would be dead cold like it’s been sitting for 20 mins. I tried ordering online and the text said 45 min wait. I didn’t have access to my phone after the order so I waited the 45 mins. Turns out they sent a text 3 mins later saying it was ready for pick up. How can they be that off with the estimate in time. This has happened to me the last 4 times coming here and I’m starting to question why I come here.
