Aromas - Fresno

The Santa Maria Tri Tip had excellent seasoning but was a bit dry, which was surprising considering it was cooked to medium-rare. The lack of fat in the meat made me think my cow was on a diet. The baked potato was loaded as requested and cooked and seasoned perfectly. The salad had just the right amount of dressing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken fried steak at this restaurant. The gravy was exceptional and possibly the best I've ever had. The hashbrowns were perfectly cooked. However, my husband was slightly disappointed with the runny overhard egg and the fact that we didn't receive our sourdough toast. On the bright side, the biscuit and gravy were also delicious.

The food was perfect. Only downfall was I was missing my sourdough toast and my wife was missing the biscuit. Rib eye melted in my mouth, Eggs were perfect and packaged seperate. Hashbrowns with cheese and nice bacon CHUNKS. My wife had the Country fried steak. She said it was tender and juicy. Country potatoes were really good and the gravy had great flavor.

Oh my goodness! This is the best restaurant. The ribeye and eggs were the best I have ever eaten. The club sandwich was amazing, and the salad (minus onions) was delicious. Everything was top-notch quality. I will definitely be dining here again. Thank you.

The Bella Salad was soggy. The strawberries werent fresh and wilted the whole salad. I asked for extra dressing but it wasnt included. The packaging was not secure and anyone could have tampered with it.
