Burgerim Tcby Cafe - Fresh Meadows

Burgers were alright but the one star comes from customer service. I order my food and the guy isn't very friendly to begin with Middle eastern fellow with glasses and a pink mask. Says on the receipt his name is Mohammad S Then I hear him on the phone and I quote Pay for your food you broke ass **** fucking **** . Then he goes on a rant about people from St. John's not paying. I know this wasn't directed at me, but this incentivized me NOT to come back if this is how they treat people, and on top of that the guy's customer service was sub par at BEST.

Friendly service but a little overpriced for burgers. Food was ok.

I am a freshman at St. John's University this year and decided to live in a house off campus this year with a few guys on my soccer team. Living in this house I did not know what to expect but my biggest concern was what I would do for food and how I would find places to eat at. I knew I could go to the dining hall on campus but I wouldn't want that everyday as it would get old, therefore after the first week I decided to do some research on good restaurants around the area I was living at. Since I love burgers I saw that there was a restaurant Burgerim right around the corner from me so I decided to order for dinner. I got a classic burger with fries and also added buffalo wings to my order. The meal as a whole was great but the burger was my favorite and was different than others for some reason as the meat was very tasty and had tons of flavor along with the buns it was served on. The service was great and they even asked if we were students at SJU to get a discount which I thought was very nice of them to do! I recommend going there and as for myself, I will continue to go there for my time at SJU as it is one of my favorite restaurants burger places to visit!

Quite a strange burger spot with strange options and combinations, but it serves the neighboring taste quite good lol! my sandwich really came quite well so I can not complain like the others who were really good!
