I should like to say a big thank you to the kind dark haired young man who went out of his way in all respects for us when I visited KFC French Forest with my two baby grandsons last night. He even came outside to deliver a second portion of tomato sauce when the boys were In meltdown about sharing the first one! A lovely young guy. He is a credit to you. When going through the drive through What a ridicules way to mount the eftpos machine we have to climb out of the car to reach it. What is your company’s policy on public liability for injured customers who hurt themselves trying to reach the machine or damage their vehicle as they have to open the door to get out. Whilst I have your attention your photos of your managers on the speed wall is shaming your slower managers who are probably following protocol and not bumping orders in full display to customers and staff. Have you heard of positive reinforcement? Perhaps recognise the fastest with a photo and those who are slower will be incentivised to work faster without being named and shamed. Food: 2 Service: 1
