Panera Bread - Fremont

Under new manager, the place seems like it is going down. Manager has a take it lor leave it attitude. Ordered goddess salad, and it had minimal dressing, and was just messy looking. The bacon looked raw and when I took it up with the manager he simplysaid I can give you a refund back! I think a better response would have been I can fix it or so sorry, how can I make itright for you? ' instead he just blew me off. Wow, what an attitude.

Great food, but the takeout department needs to be better. They gave the wrong item. I ordered a chicken and wild rice soup to go, but when I got home and opened it, it was a chicken noodle soup.

This location of panera bread services are the best. from the point you make orders and then to get your food are so smooth and so quick. I have to give the store manager in this store, he is very organized n friendly, personally, I strongly recommendeveryone to visit it whenever you are in this area, pacific common in Fremont, You will enjoy the vibe of purchasing lunches nbreakfast n dinner there.. This place, LITERALLY, literally EVERY time will short of things for take out orders! Whether is salad dressing, cream cheese, or drink, cookie, pastries, straws, etc. you just have to check every order you pick up. Still if your order has many items, youwill find something is missing when you get home. Today my salad (for the second time straight) they just packed bunch ofveggies nuts and fruits without a salad dressing in it, again. So you can just bite those tasteless leaves!
