Mcdonald's - Fremont

Its McDonald's you really can't expect much. It cost us 25.00 to feed two people for breakfast. The biscuit sandwiches were crushed. There is no self serve pop machine or ketchup dispensers anymore. Waited like 5 minutes to get ketchup. McDonald's is no longer a value or convience.

There was no one to take our order. My husband drinks 1/2 caffine free and 1/2 regular. I get a senior coffee and neither of these items are a choice on the kiosk. But the worst was the rudeness of the manager. A lady that was filling orders picked up her rudeness and was very kind. And to top it off the order was not right.

Lady asked what our order was and we told her and still got the wrong food

Tried getting a refund but they would walk away from the phone and not answer for 30 minutes waste of time don't get McDonald's. And they would hang up would give them zero instead of 1.

Stopped for breakfast 3 times in the past week. Which I have done for years. All 3 times left after waiting for several minutes at the counter while employees looked at me and turned. The drive through wasn't busy and all were having a conversation. I have herd it has happened to other but didn't believe it till now.
