Little By Little - Fremont

We started with the truffle chicken wings, which our server highly recommended. It was a fantastic choice! I usually find that truffle can be tricky to get right—sometimes it's overpowering, and other times, it doesn't contribute much to the dish. But these wings were outstanding, and the hint of truffle was just the perfect touch. I loved them! (5/5) Next, I had the baby arugula salad, which was the main reason for my visit since I'm a salad enthusiast. I often pay around $15-$20 for salads, so I was thrilled to get this one for just $11.xx. It had quinoa, cheese, pear, an abundance of arugula, and watermelon radish! (5/5) Then we tried the pork taco, which had great potential but was way too salty. The tortilla had a crust of salt, making each bite taste overly briny. They did serve two extra sauces on the side, including a chimichurri and a chipotle aioli, but my taco was quite oily and salty. The pork itself was incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful, seasoned with more salt, on top of the salty tortilla. Each bite felt like an oily disaster—such great flavors, but the saltiness was excessive! Maybe it was just a one-off experience. (2/5) We didn't order any drinks, but they offer a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. With so many tasty dishes at reasonable prices, I’ll definitely return to try more items on the menu if I’m in the area again!

The truffle macaroni was very rich; it was decent but could be a bit overwhelming. My family found the tacos to be just average.

What a delightful little spot! The ambiance is lovely, making it a perfect hidden gem. I'm a huge fan of their incredible food—definitely don't miss the bone marrow dish!

Went tonight (friday night around 6pm.4 5 stars because both our duck and beef were slightly overcooked.Otherwise a great experience, and we'll be back to try the whole menu!Great service, great flavor, nice presentation...execution needs just a smidge of polish! Little by little is a great place to go to get some snacks. They have bite sized options that are perfect for snacks between meals. Their food warrants around a 3.5 but I rounded up PRAWNS (2/5) the prawn was over cooked and the macaroni salad was bland. I would stay to skip this and try something else instead. MAC AND CHEESE (5/5) I don't even like mac and cheese but this one was delicious! It was cheesy, flavorful and I loved the panko on top. I loved that they incorporated corn for additional texture. GUAC (4/5) the guac was good and flavorful but I didn't like the Maui kettle chips and much would've preferred regular tortilla chips. The kettle chips are flavored so you lose out on all the guac flavor. PORK TACO (1/5) the taco was extremely dry and didn't have much flavor. I would personally skip this item. SOY WINGS (4/5) The flavor of the wings are pretty good. The flats were extremely juicy and tender, but the drums were a bit dry. Overall, we enjoyed them. I'm not sure how often we'd come because this place is more for snacks rather than meals, but the food is decent and the employees are nice.
