Awesome service!! Workers were very polite and fun to chat with, and even gave a free cake as an apology for taking longer on our order : not sure about the other older reviews but I?m assuming they had a positive change in management
The service at this restaurant is slow. Despite being in an empty restaurant, I have been waiting for over 20 minutes for my order. It appears that they prioritize drive-thru customers and delivery drivers, as their food is prepared faster for them. If you plan to order from here, it is recommended to use the drive-thru or delivery services to avoid long waits. My order consisted of a breast piece combo and 12 wings, yet I have been waiting 20 minutes for the wings to be made. It seems that orders for original recipe breast pieces take even longer, as they are often not ready. Even when using the drive-thru, I have been asked to park because my order is not always prepared. It appears that their processes are disorganized, leading to extended wait times for customers. Customers should not have to wait for 20 minutes in an empty restaurant for their order.
The staff at this restaurant is always courteous and accommodating. The food is delicious and satisfying, prepared in the classic American style.
The service at this restaurant is subpar. They only begin processing online orders once you arrive at the store, resulting in a 20-minute wait to receive your items. The lack of staff in the store is apparent, and I now realize why Yum Brands is not growing as quickly as McDonald's. It seems they simply set up franchises and let them run however they please. After this experience, I have made the decision to no longer patronize KFC or any other Yum Brands restaurants. Goodbye KFC, goodbye Yum Brands.
